My prayer on commencing reading this book is seeking God's direction and wisdom to get us out of huge debt as a family. Last week I clearly heard God say - "What is in your hand Gill?" Rather than get into more debt and put more pressure on our family finances and husband, God was asking me to release the holiday funds to pay the debt
This is extremely powerful teaching "What is in your hand?" What can God use to get you out of the predicament you find yourself in.

Our people are really enjoying God Money & Me.
Two of our young women were challenged regarding the opening up their financial state to someone because of their credit card debt. Since doing that they have put into place, with the help of others a pathway to pay it off.
Our tithe income at Majestic all this financial year has been down 17% against budget. From the first week we started advertising God Money & Me, we have hit budget, which is now the last 8 weeks. The point being, the power of unlocking financial freedom begins when you open up the conversation, it disarms the enemy, the spirit of mammon and makes God sovereign.

My wife and I met in 2009 while working as a picker and packer in a warehouse.
My wife came from a back ground of always just getting by
I came to NZ alone and depended solely on myself to make ends meet.
There was a period initially where we lived on $70 a week, struggling pay check to pay check. Deciding whether we should put petrol in our car or have something to eat that day.
As Christians, we knew about tithing but we never understood the concept of tithing. The activation of blessing once you obey the word of God through finances. Not understand the true blessing of being able to give and how this in turn blesses yourself.
This changed for us the minute we first walked into LIFE right in time for the God, Money and Me series.
We used to tithe prior to this and were obedient in this area, only to be taught that Tithing was honouring GOD but our Offering was what activated our blessing. We put the 10 10 10 70 into practice and before we knew we had saved up enough deposit to own our first home.
God took us from minimum wage struggling to get by where now we are honoured to be a part of our church financial leaders. A legacy that we can be a part of which will touch this nation and impact thousands of people well after we are gone.

It’s so refreshing to hear the money subject being talked about so openly and scripturally in church.
I often used to wonder, in my earlier years about the attitude some people had about money. It made people nervous, or greedy, or apprehensive and downright dishonest, as though they were afraid of it.

For the first time in a long time I feel like I have direction regarding my finances and that I have God's blessing and favour in implementing a financial plan for my future.

I just thought I would share this with you on the impact that your word on financial freedom has done for a charity I serve. God has allowed me in this season to run one of the biggest charities with thousands of volunteers, and it is such a privilege. But when I started our financial state of this organization was challenging to say the least. But being under great financial freedom teaching within the church (being a part of it for so many years), God has allowed me to take this organization from strength to strength.
The end of this year we where meant to end with $2K in our bank account but now we have ended the year with $200,000. Yes, I give full glory to God but thanks to God for allowing me to be under such great teaching that has truly had the ripple effect upon our nation through this organization that I serve.
So I pray that your book God, Money and Me blesses people as you share what God has put on your heart!

You'll be blessed by this because through your series money and me my family has been blessed by it significantly!!!
Your series started and you visually showed us the 4 areas of using our money, tithing, seeding, saving and spending and I was moved considerably because I thought wow, this can't be a coincidence. I couldn't believe how aligned it was to what God put in my heart. Another thing that blessed me tremendously was by one line you used. We give to declare God's Sovereignty over our lives and to honour him.
I now know it is about Him, tithing and giving because Jesus matters first and foremost and people matter.
We were made by Him and for Him and through your series I have come to not only see and understand this, we have come to obey and live by this and Pastor Paul, I can honestly say I am liberated.

I listen to your series God Money & Me online and my wife brought me your book also....wow... I love how you talk straight because that’s my style and I feel the impact of a God spirit in that style so keep delivering that way.
I felt as I read, to reassess my 10 / 10 / 10 / 70 Principle and found I was a bit short of what our salaries added up to and I too found myself asking “wow that’s quite a chunk extra” but as I kept reading it kept hitting home that this is his and he’s blessed us to leave a legacy for future generations, in essence giving up my riches so to speak like they very thing he did for us his sons and daughters.
We committed to the extra increase in tithing regardless of how it looked to our earthly eyes and God blew our socks off and I was left in awe of how true everything I read in your book was tangibly God breathed.
The week we committed to it in our spirit my wife was awarded a generous scholarship from her place of work that not only equated to the increase we committed to but a further $1,000 over that.....coincidence maybe.......not a chance, that was the hand of God 100%!
